Hannah's Heart serves Boulder County and surrounding communities, including Lafayette, Louisville, Erie, Longmont, Superior, and Boulder,with service availability depending on location and scheduling.

No. Hannah's Heart is a non-medical companion and concierge service.
We do not provide skilled nursing, medical care, personal care, or other clinical services. Our role is to provide the everyday practical and social support that can make independent living easier and more enjoyable.

No. Hannah’s Heart does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance.
We are a private-pay business and accept the following payment types:

Services are priced at a flat hourly rate based on the type of service provided. A 2-hour minimum visit applies.
Additional pricing considerations include:
Weekend Premium: +$10/hour
Holiday Premium: 1.5× the regular hourly rate
Transportation: Mileage is charged at the current IRS reimbursement rate
Before services begin, you’ll receive clear information about the applicable hourly rate and any additional charges.

Yes. Transportation to appointments is one of our services.
Transportation is provided for appropriate, non-emergency purposes. Hannah's Heart is not an ambulance or medical transportation provider, and we do not provide medical assistance during transportation.
Transportation arrangements and any applicable policies are discussed during the client intake process.

Yes, when the client gives permission.
With a client's written authorization, Hannah's Heart can communicate with designated family members regarding scheduling, general updates, and other agreed-upon matters.
The client's privacy and preferences always come first.

Yes. Hannah's Heart can provide assistance with everyday errands and shopping, such as accompanying a client to the grocery store, helping with personal shopping, or handling appropriate errands on a client's behalf.

Hannah's Heart can work directly with an older adult, an adult child, or both—with the client's permission and appropriate authorization.

Hannah's Heart is designed to be flexible. We can discuss the frequency and type of support that works best for each client.

If a client's needs extend beyond our non-medical scope, we'll communicate that with the client and/or authorized family member and may recommend discussing appropriate resources or professional care options.
Our goal is always to provide the right kind of support—not to provide services that are outside our scope.

Getting started is simple.
Contact Hannah's Heart to schedule an initial conversation. We'll learn about the older adult's needs, interests, routines, and preferences, answer your questions, and determine whether our services are a good fit.
There's no need to have everything figured out before you reach out.

Life happens, circumstances change and we understand plans sometimes need to be adjusted. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, clear, and accommodating while allowing us to manage appointments and resources effectively.
No Charge - no fee will be charged if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellation - appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be billed 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Same-Day Cancellation - appointments canceled within four (4) hours of the scheduled start time may be billed 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Exceptional circumstances: We recognize emergencies and unexpected events (serious illness, death in the family, natural disasters). Please contact us as soon as possible with supporting information; exceptions to fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Policy changes: We may update this policy; the version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
