Helping seniors live well, stay connected, and feel supported—right at home.

At Hannah’s Heart, I believe growing older should not mean giving up the things that bring life meaning and joy. Sometimes what makes the biggest difference is simply having a caring, dependable person who has time to listen, lend a hand, share a cup of coffee, or help make everyday life a little easier.

I created Hannah’s Heart to provide the kind of support that falls between doing everything yourself and needing medical or personal care. My services are designed to help seniors remain engaged in their homes, communities, and the activities they enjoy—while giving their adult children greater peace of mind.

More Than a Helping Hand

Whether it’s companionship and conversation, help with everyday technology, light household support, errands and appointments, organizing and downsizing, or preserving family stories and photographs, I tailor my support to each person’s needs, interests, and routines.

I believe the little things matter. A walk around the neighborhood. A trip to the library. Figuring out how to make a video call. Sorting through a closet together. Listening to favorite music. Helping with a few household tasks. Capturing stories that might otherwise be lost.

These simple moments can help create connection, confidence, independence, and a greater sense of purpose.

Support for the Whole Family

I also understand that adult children often carry the responsibility of making sure a parent is doing well—sometimes from across town and sometimes from much farther away. Knowing that someone trustworthy is spending time with your loved one, helping with everyday needs, and noticing when something seems different can provide meaningful reassurance.

My goal is to become a dependable extension of your support system: someone who treats your loved one with dignity, respect, patience, and genuine care.

Care That Honors Individuality

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to aging. Every person has their own history, preferences, abilities, interests, and routines. I take the time to get to know the person—not just the list of things that need to be done.

Hannah’s Heart is built around a simple idea:

Everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, connected, and supported at every stage of life.

I’m honored to provide practical help, meaningful companionship, and a caring presence that helps seniors continue living life on their own terms.
